Nanny FAQs

We like to leave this part down to you. You can talk with the Parent for your job and decide what form of payment is easiest for both of you.

Once you have signed up as a Nanny you will see some new menu items appear.

To post your resume click on the one titled “Submit CV” and fill in all of the fields that appear. You then click “Preview & Submit” at the bottom of the page. This will let you review your CV before it goes live. If you’re happy with it then click the “Submit Resume” button.

Click the menu item called “Nanny Dashboard” and you’ll see all of your active or hidden CVs. Hover over the CV you wish to delete and click the “Delete” button (if you’re on a mobile device then tap on the CV and the options will show up).

If you work in different areas and want to hide your CV for a specific area when you’re not working there then you can.

Simply click the menu item called “Nanny Dashboard”. This will show you all of your active or hidden CVs. Then hover over the CV you wish to delete and click the “Hide” button (if you’re on a mobile device then tap on the CV and the options will show up). To make it show up again do the same process but click the “Show” button.

To apply for a job, first go to the “Jobs” page. You can then filter Jobs by keyword, location or job type. Then click on the jobs that interest you and click the “Apply” button at the bottom of the listing.

Click the menu item called “Job Alerts” then click “Add alert”. You can then choose any keywords you want to know about, locations and job categories, then choose how frequently you want to receive alerts.
